Pipe rehabilitation
A burst pipe is the most visible consequence of a slow deterioration process. To determine the cause of the damage and implement the appropriate repair measures, the rehabilitation process begins with precise pipe leak detection using CCTV inspection in your wastewater system.
Call now
We will inform you about the cause of the damage, develop a customized repair plan based on the pipe location results and in accordance with relevant standards, and discuss the most cost-effective solution for you. Naturally, we work exclusively with the best materials in our industry.
We assist you with sewer rehabilitation, manhole rehabilitation, and house connection rehabilitation.
Professional sewer rehabilitation
Depending on the intended use of a pipeline, various rehabilitation methods are available. In general pipe rehabilitation, the pipe is first emptied, then cleaned of rust and dirt, and finally sealed with suitable materials.
- Fast help with problems related to leaks and drainage speed
- Comprehensive analysis of the drainage system
- Precise repair of the defect with minimal excavation or trenchless repair.
Possible approach to sewer rehabilitation
- Locating damage and wear
- Connection sleeves (check, replace)
- Shortliner
- Replacement of sections
- Complete renovation
We offer all types of pipe and sewer rehabilitation.
Until a few years ago, the only way to replace a damaged pipe was conventionally by digging it up. This resulted in high costs and significant disruption due to noise, dust, and road closures. Trenchless pipe and sewer rehabilitation not only saves you considerable time and money, but also prevents the need for costly pipe and sewer replacements.
Pipe liner
The pipe lining method uses epoxy resin and polyester hoses to create a new, tight pipe inside the old pipe and is ideally suited for comprehensive renovations.
Shortliner
The repair solution involves using fiberglass mats soaked in 3P resin to form a pipe-in-pipe system and repair localized damage.
Milling robot
The hydraulic milling robot enables the precise opening of inlets after renovation and removes any obstacles (e.g. concrete, mortar, sealant, deposits).
Elasto Flake/Injection molding process
A specially developed and manufactured epoxy resin, produced in Germany, is sprayed onto the inner wall of the pipe using a rotary nozzle. This permanently reseals old sewage pipes.
Shaft rehabilitation
Refurbishment of the shafts using manual troweling techniques and automated spraying techniques, as well as restoration of the shaft channel.
Connection renovation
Repair of inlet connections using resin-impregnated sleeves and restoration of connections.
Bluelight
A pipe lining method for comprehensive rehabilitation, which uses polyester needle-felt liners and vinyl ester resin to line and repair the existing pipe. Curing is achieved using LED technology.
Open construction
The conventional and traditional open construction method for the repair of drainage systems.
- New pipeline installation
- Install inspection shafts
- Installation of backflow preventers and drainage fixtures
